Intake of up to 3 Eggs/Day Increases HDL Cholesterol and Plasma Choline While Plasma Trimethylamine-N-oxide is Unchanged in a Healthy Population. – PubMed – NCBI

Dr. Michael Greger and others advocate a completely plant-based diet. While I agree that the more vegetables one eats, the better (assuming organic cultivation). However, here we have another study that suggests that an absolutist approach is not necessary, maybe even counterproductive.  HDL is the “good” cholesterol. TMAO becomes the putrid fish smell that oxides and stresses our body. This is extensively discussed by Dr. Greger as a significant factor to maintain a plant-based diet. Three eggs are probably ok!
